Tier 1 Membership

Focus: Building Strength Off-water

£20 a Month…

Whats included for up to

Each week: One or two 90 minute coached indoor sessions of Rowga, Erg workouts, and light weights designed to build for strength and support recovery.

Tier 1 Membership builds strength and flexibility through yoga and gym sessions, with training tailored by a coach to the group’s needs. When ready members will progress to Tier 2, adding regular, coached rowing sessions on the river

Focus: Building Strength On and Off Water

£40 a Month…

Whats included for

Tier 2 Membership is the next step for those ready to take their recovery and training onto the water!
You will begin rowing on the Thames while continuing your land-based sessions.
The transition is supported by our coaches and, if needed, input from your healthcare team to ensure you feel confident and ready.

Each week: 2 coached on-water rowing sessions, two 90 minute coached gym sessions of Rowga, Erg workouts, and/or light weights designed to build for strength and support recovery.
